Scenarios inside each opportunity
Each opportunity can contain multiple scenarios. Use scenarios to compare different purchase prices, mortgage structures, refurb scopes, rent assumptions, exit strategies or hold periods.
Comparison dashboard
The folder dashboard ranks visible scenarios by selected metrics such as total wealth, IRR, DSCR, cashflow, cash-on-cash return, net yield or forced equity. This is where weak assumptions tend to become visible quickly.
